All Main Stage Shows have a cast fee of $50. If cast, this fee is required at Cast/Parent Meeting. Cast Fee includes: T-shirt for the cast member, rehearsal CD (or digital file), costume/hair/makeup for production, etc. (Cast Fee for fundraisers such as A Night at Copa is $25)
*Our knowledge of any and all potential conflicts will help us accurately cast the show and provide the best overall experience for you and the show itself. Conflicts are addressed and considered on a case by case basis. If you are involved in other activities or have a vacation/work trip/etc scheduled that may conflict time-wise with this show, please let us know on the audition sign up so we can try to best work around your other commitments to ensure you have the most opportunity for success.*
Rehearsals for Frozen will be as follows:
September 14, 15, 17, 21, 22, 24, 28, 29 from 6-8:30pm
October 1, 5, 6, 8, 12, 13, 15, 19, 20, 22, 26, 27, 29 from 6-8:30pm
November 2, 3, 5 from 6-8:30pm
Saturdays: September 26th, October 10th, October 24th from 9-3:30 (lunch breaks on Saturdays are off site from 12 – 1:30 and are cast member’s responsibility – transportation and cost) and November 7th from 9am-5pm (same lunch break information as above.)
Tech Week November 9th-Novmeber 15th AND AGAIN November 19th-November 22nd
Tech Week is every day November 9th – November 15th and then picks back up every day beginning November 19th – November 22nd and will include the November 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, & 22 show dates. During tech week, you will arrive at the theatre at your specific Call Time. Calls times may begin as early as 4:00pm on weekdays and 11:00am on weekends. The Cast will then leave at the end of the show each night. For non-ticketed (rehearsal) nights, we will let parents and cast know what time rehearsal ends, as our goal for Tech Week is to run the entire show, meaning the rehearsal end time will be dependent on the run-time of the show. We should have a specific run time on the show before Tech Week begins so parents will know what time to pick up their performers. November 7th is a Q2Q rehearsal and IS considered as a part Tech Week. Tech Week/Performance Dates ARE REQUIRED and NO CONFLICTS for those dates will be accepted. *Please note – the tech week dates include the days that we have performances. Every attempt to give conflicts for Tech Week dates MUST be made by auditions. Late-add conflicts (excluding emergencies beyond your control such as illness) to these dates could result in your role being recast for the ENTIRE RUN of the show.*
