All Main Stage Shows have a cast fee of $50. If cast, this fee is required at Cast/Parent Meeting. Cast Fee includes: T-shirt for the cast member, rehearsal CD (or digital file), costume/hair/makeup for production, etc. (Cast Fee for fundraisers such as A Night at Copa or Broadway at the View is $25)
*Our knowledge of any and all potential conflicts will help us accurately cast the show provide the best overall experience for you and the show itself. Conflicts are addressed and considered on a case by case basis. If you are involved in other activities or have a vacation/work trip/etc scheduled that may conflict time-wise with this show, please let us know on the audition sign up so we can try to best work around your other commitments to ensure you have the most opportunity for success.*
Rehearsals for White Christmas will be as follows:
September 23, 24, 26, 30 from 6-8:30pm
October 1, 3, 7, 8, 10, 14, 15, 17, 21, 22, 24, 28, 29, from 6-8:30pm
November 4, 5, 7, 8 (tbd) from 6-8:30pm and Tech Week November 11-15 with pick up rehearsals scheduled for November 19 & 21 (see below for Tech Week Information)
Saturdays: October 5th and 19th and November 2nd from 9-3 and November 9th from 9-5 (lunch breaks on Saturdays off site from 12 – 1:30 and are cast member’s responsibility)
Tech Week is every day November 11-24 and will include the November 22, 23, 24 show dates. During tech week, you will arrive at the theatre at your specific Call Time. Calls times may begin as early as 4:00pm on weekdays and 11:00am on weekends. The Cast will then leave at the end of the show each night. We should have a specific run time before Tech Week begins so parents will know what time to pick up their performers. November 9th is considered as a part Tech Week. Tech Week/Performance Dates ARE REQUIRED and NO CONFLICTS for those dates will be accepted.
