A Night at the Copa

*Audition Participants must be ages 12-18.* ArtsView is looking for performers for the upcoming 3rd annual A Night at the Copa, a fundraiser presented by the ArtsView Youth Council. This event is a vintage lounge style show modeled after the Rat Pack Era and the Copa Room at the Sands Hotel. Clothes, songs, etc will be in/from this time period and feature this vibe, and will include 4 performances in February, including a dinner show. Grab your audition spot now and join us! Participation in auditions does NOT guarantee a role in the production.

If cast, a cast fee of $50 is required at Cast/Parent Meeting. Cast Fee includes: T-shirt for the cast member, rehearsal CD (or digital file), costume/hair/makeup for production, etc. (Cast Fee for A Night at Copa is $25)

Any information regarding a parent/cast meeting will be given during auditions.

*PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO CALL BACKS OR PARENT/CAST MEETING FOR THIS SHOW. ALL INFORMATION REGARDING CASTING, REHEARSALS, ETC WILL BE GIVEN TO AUDITION PARTICIPANTS AT YOUR AUDITION TIME OR VIA YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION* Auditions will be held in a group setting on December 8th with slots at either 6pm or 7pm. Dress Rehearsal Date: February 15, 2024, at 7pm In addition to the above dates, we will have multiple rehearsal dates during performance week, as well as December 16. and every Saturday in January/early February from 9am-4pm (with a lunch break). We work with schedules as much as we can, but please list any conflicts on your audition sheet that you are currently aware of for next next few months. Choreography will also be included in the rehearsals. What to Expect at Auditions Arrive 10-15 minutes before your auditions begin, and plan to stay the entire time. Sign in and have your picture taken (if needed). Go over Audition Information Sheets to make sure you have marked all conflicts. Attach photo & turn in paperwork. Auditions are closed.
